Her Excellency Ms Koleka Mqulwana is the High Commissioner for the Republic of South Africa in Australia. Ms Mqulwana holds both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Western Cape. Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference

The official opening of the 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference took place this morning in Johannesburg. Delegates and guests were warmly welcomed and entertained with a musical performance. New Zealand will be represented at the conference by 4 Members of Parliament and the conference will run until Friday, 6 September.
